About Me

Hi, I’m Sky Nobles! I’m a Tallahassee native whose career seamlessly blends creativity, entrepreneurship, and public relations. I’ve founded multiple ventures, built a career in travel & hospitality PR, earned recognition in media and industry awards, and carved out a space as a rising leader who loves turning bold ideas into reality. To me, entrepreneurship is a lot like mixing the perfect cocktail: it requires equal parts passion, risk, and a dash of creativity. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling.

Academically, I completed dual bachelor’s degrees at Florida State University in Editing, Writing & Media and Geography, followed by a master’s degree in Communication and Digital Studies.

In 2020, I launched Fizz & Foam, Tallahassee’s first mobile bar. Which quickly grew into one of the region’s most sought-after event brands. From there, I expanded into a family of women-owned ventures: The Fizzy Cart (the city’s first frozen drink cart), Sky Blooms Co. (a vintage flower truck), and Sky Pop Balloons (a luxury balloon and backdrop styling company). Alongside my businesses, I mentor entrepreneurs through my mobile bar education platform, offering e-books, classes, and consulting. I also recently founded Tallahassee Gals, a networking and social community designed to connect and support women across the area.

Beyond my businesses, I’m an aspiring travel creator & influencer through my Instagram & TikTok accounts. I travel as much as possible in my free time, with my favorite country visited so far being Bali. I’ve explored 15 countries (and counting!), documenting my experiences across new places, cultures, and food. Travel is where my love of storytelling and visuals collide, and I use it to inspire others to explore more deeply and see the world through a creative lens.

By day, I serve as Public Relations Manager, specializing in tourism and hospitality. I’ve had the privilege of placing clients in top-tier outlets like Forbes, Southern Living, Travel + Leisure, and more.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief in betting on yourself early, reimagining what business can look like, and creating opportunities for connection, all while making sure every celebration is never flat, whether through PR, entrepreneurship, or sharing travel experiences that make the world feel a little closer to home.
